Web9 apr. 2005 · Discussion Starter · #1 · Mar 20, 2005. Lately, my Z06 has not been run more than once per week, and I have noticed that the Optima Red Top is not holding charge for a week. The battery is only one year old. I took the battery out and carried it to Autozone for a quick charge and a test and they swear the battery is OK. I looked up the Optima for the FJ and it says 720 cold crank amps, 910 crank amps, 90 reserve capacity this is without and additional options winch, lights, etc. The battery I have a chance to buy is 800 cold crank amps, 1000 crank amps, 100 reserve capacity. I do have a winch and a couple extra lights.
