I am trying to connect the TV out of my laptop's Radeon Mobility to an old TV via an RCA in, but the TV isn't detected by the card, so it won't send a signal. I believe this is a standard problem with old TVs, and the Force TV Detection (under displays->tweaks) is intended to force the card to output anyway.
